Join our team AGF Rebar is currently seeking an inventory clerk who will be responsible for the inventory and operate the rebar threading machine.

What we offer :

  • Competitive salary starting at $20.72/hour with salary increases based on months worked ( $22.90/hour after 3-12 months, $25.08/hour after 12-24 months, $26.17/hour after 25-35 months, and $27.25/hour after 36+ months).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow all production procedures for American Standard Accessories (ASA) and use basic computer skills to track and manage tasks.
  • Assist team leaders in organizing production and inventory schedules to meet customer deadlines. This includes preparing all necessary materials like tags, rebar, and accessories.
  • Maintain quality control by inspecting products to ensure they meet standards and are completed on time.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report any shortages of materials, cleaning supplies, or personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Feed and Operate a rebar threading machine, including managing accessories and inventory to ensure smooth operation with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Perform physical tasks including bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Other related tasks

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar inventory role;
  • Willingness and capacity to work outside in varying weather conditions, and perform physical work
  • Good communication skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Strong capacity for teamwork
  • Basic computer and math skills
