We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Services Clerk for our Toronto office. The successful candidate will be the face of the firm for all visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Receptionist/Office Services Clerk is responsible for processing all mail, couriers etc., received into the office as well as ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies, catering and coordinating board room bookings.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
· General reception duties such as greet visitors, clients, vendors to the office whether in person or via telephone.
· Arrange catering for in-house and/or client events on site.
· Maintain the boardrooms, including set up and clean up before and after meetings.
· Order and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, shredding bins etc.,
· Scan and process mail received, following the firm's processes.
· Process outbound mail and couriers as needed.
· Scan and save into DMS/update Inprotech, paper files as directed.
· Other duties as may be assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must have:
· Reception experience in a professional environment.
· Experience working in an electronic environment.
· Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook and Word primarily).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional, resourceful, responsive, and positive work attitude.
· Keen eye for detail.
