The team at Willow Dental Care located in Langley, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working experience Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Temporary contract, Feb 2026 to May 2027

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
  • Deep knowledge of dentistry and administrative tasks
