About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our sales team. You'll partner with Account Executives to understand client needs, deliver tailored product demos, and design solutions that solve complex business problems. Your ability to translate complex customer requirements into compelling business value will be key to winning deals and building lasting customer relationships.
The Sales Engineer should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure while also being able to identify and execute on opportunities to create structures that will benefit the department and organization.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar roles across SMB and Enterprise accounts. Experience with Commercial Accounts is an asset. Experience working with market leading ERPs, CRMs, Commerce Platforms, and an understanding of order to cash business processes in B2B preferredProven ability to tailor a value proposition to address specific customer challenges and business objectives, skillfully translating features and functionality into tangible business valueStrong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiencesProven track record of achieving or exceeding goals or KPI'sExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA customer-first mindset, strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problemsSkilled at fostering collaboration across departments to ensure successful delivery of customer-centric solutionsLifelong learner mentality and growth mindset Why Conexiom?Impactful Work: Play a pivotal role in transforming how businesses operate on a global scale
