(SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY | B2B SALES) About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Semiconductor industry. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, promoting both equipment and repair services, and providing technical support to clients. You will work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions, through new product sales or repair and refurbishment services. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share Strengthen and grow relationships with existing accounts while driving new business development in targeted industries. Support and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Deliver technical presentations; work closely with customers and engineering teams to define requirements and propose customized solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead follow-up, securing orders, price negotiations, and closing deals. Develop strong technical expertise in the company’s portfolio to effectively position solutions and add value for clients. Drive sales growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and achieving measurable sales targets. Stay updated on customer business developments, competitor offerings, and market trends to support sales strategies. Prepare costings, quotations, and submit proposals to customers promptly. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a strong foundation in electrical/mechanical principles. 2–3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry (front-end or related industrial sectors preferred). Strong business acumen with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (essential for site/customer visits).
