Role Description

This part-time, on-site role is based in Richmond, BC. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships to promote the company's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include generating new sales leads, managing ongoing client accounts, assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, conducting market research, and identifying sales opportunities. The Specialist will also have the responsibility of working closely with customers to offer professional support and recommendations that align with their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage accounts
  • Experience in training and educating customers on products, services, and industry trends
  • Knowledge of the exterior architectural or construction industry is an asset
  • Proficient in basic CRM software and other marketing tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC, with excellent time management and organizational skills
