Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Partnerships Coordinator to support the execution of our customized marketing programs from start to finish. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for partners and internal teams, ensuring each program's deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. You will help manage multiple programs simultaneously, gather and verify required assets, maintain clear communication across departments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to all Teldon partners and foster strong, long-term relationships
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of all program elements
- Coordinate and manage multiple programs simultaneously to ensure smooth execution across all deliverables
- Collaborate with account managers to gather complete program details and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams
- Develop and manage detailed program timelines, ensuring all deliverables - from program setup, product design, marketing, program launch and production – are completed on schedule
- Monitor progress of various program elements and provide reports and updates as required
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to gather product images, designs, databases, and other materials needed for marketing collateral, web stores (as applicable) and reporting
- Ensure all assets and components required to build each product are complete and accurate
- Obtain approval from partners on custom products ahead of print deadlines
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain up-to-date client notes and complete order entry
- Conduct service phone calls to clients, including agents and franchisees
- Proactively ask questions and contribute ideas to support continuous improvement of existing processes
- Support account managers with various administrative tasks
- Identify and cultivate additional sales opportunities by leveraging existing and new partner relationships
Required Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a partnerships, project coordination, account management, or similar role
- Experience with print production and coordinating print projects is a strong asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Proven dedication to delivering exceptional client service and support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong professional integrity and ethics
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and sound decision-making
- Ability to learn and adapt to manufacturing and production processes
- Experience using Salesforce is an asset
Salary Range: The salary range for this position starts from $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience and skill level.
