We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a busy retail store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Generate report of daily sales orders
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Inventory Management, including ordering new parts and returning unused parts
  • Site visit – require a site visit every week

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years administrative work experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Have knowledge of Quick Books
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones

Experience:

  • Administration: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
