Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Total Restoration Services Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Kamloops team.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.

Signing Bonus:

  • $5,000 for experienced Branch Managers
  • $10,000 for Branch Managers with direct experience in property restoration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kamloops branch, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-department team (emergency services, reconstruction, contents).
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance targets to meet branch goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with head office to drive business growth and uphold the "Gold Standard of Restoration."

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in restoration, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
