Are you an experienced project manager looking for a new opportunity to help build and grow a new branch ? Total Restoration Services Inc. is a family owned, full-service restoration company proudly serving the Okanagan and Thompson regions — and we've expanded into Kamloops. We're looking for a driven and organized Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team and help shape our presence in the area.

About the Role:

As a Restoration Project Manager, you'll oversee property damage repair projects from start to finish — managing estimates, schedules, trades, and communication with clients, adjusters, and internal teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently, customers are informed and supported, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restoration projects from emergency response through to completion
  • Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates and job budgets
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and internal teams to meet timelines and quality expectations
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders throughout each project
  • Monitor project progress, documentation, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in property restoration or construction
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Xactimate, Encircle, or similar restoration software an asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred but not required
