Branch Resource Coordinator

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Create, manage, and track employee averaging agreements
- Perform quality control for all schedules in the branch and perform audits and adjustments at bi-weekly lockdown and month end
- Review monthly billing reports to ensure accurate invoicing for all Paladin clients
- Review biweekly payroll reports to ensure employees hours and rates of pay are accurate
- Create and distribute post orders for special coverages
- Provide coaching on scheduling techniques and best practices for other office members
- Run the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
- Receive and process employee requests for time off, employee reimbursements, and payroll adjustments
- Assess office supplies needs for the branch and put in orders
- Conduct interviews for Special Coverages and the Critical Response Team
- Receive and enter employee documents such as direct deposit forms, tax forms, security licenses, driver’s licenses, etc.
- Help employees renew security licenses and pay for these licenses
- Build jobs and schedules in WinTeam as new contracts/special coverages come in
- Build new customer/billing information for each new coverage
- Track mileage/other travel expenses billable to clients on spreadsheets to submit to billing at the end of the month
- Prepare reports such as cost savings analyses, First Nation participation reporting, and compliance reports for various clearances/training
- Participate in weekly meetings providing updates and completing tasks as required
- Keep track of monthly missed mobile patrols daily and adjust billing rates accordingly to submit to AP at month end
- Oversee scheduling for various static sites and special coverages
- Schedule site training for employees across various portfolios
- Keep track of expenses and submit expense forms for various portfolios
- Generate financial, overtime, etc. reports for the branch
- Scheduling OFA1 training for employees

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills.
- Creative ability to foster new and innovative ways to perform and succeed.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize.
- Proficiency in computer usage. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in WinTeam, Outlook and Excel.
