As part of a high-volume, fast-paced dealership, the Sales Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Marino's Fine Car Subaru. You'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience. If you have a passion for people, a sales-oriented mindset, and a drive for creating long-lasting relationships, this is the opportunity for you

Job Duties:

  • Work with clients to understand their needs.
  • Respond to client concerns and questions.
  • Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • 1-3 Years in a sales background.
  • Valid OMVIC certification.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
  • Love for a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork drives results.
  • Computer skills and understanding of technology.
  • Experience with PBS software considered an asset.
