Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the food industry. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and possess strong communication skills, as well as the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
  • Assist with food preparation and serving, adhering to food safety standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including proper food handling practices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service within the food industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Experience as a barista or in food preparation/serving roles is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
