Job Description:

Baristas:

  • Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to company standards

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

  • Follow food safety guidelines and protocols while handling and preparing food items

  • Prioritize and manage time effectively to ensure timely service to customers

  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Client focused and efficient interpersonal skills

  • Willing and open to learning new skills/ tasks

  • Attentive to details (quality of product)

  • Initiative, Reliability and Organized
