Eleven Hair Collective is a high-end, creative hair studio looking for a part-time Salon Coordinator / Front of House to be the heartbeat of our space.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives on organization, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience from the moment someone walks through the door.

Position Details:

Pay: $18–$20/hour

Schedule: 3–4 days per week (part-time)

Location: In-salon, Collingwood

What You'll Be Doing:

Warmly greeting clients and creating a welcoming, elevated experience

Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries

Rebooking clients and supporting the stylist schedule

Processing payments and handling retail sales

Earning commission on retail sales (added take-home pay)

Light housekeeping duties to keep the salon polished and flowing

Inventory ordering

Supporting day-to-day salon operations so everything runs smoothly

Absolute Must-Haves:

Extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and personable

Able to complete tasks independently without constant direction

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Confident communicating with clients in person, by phone, and email

Positive attitude and calm under pressure in a busy environment
