Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with a positive and professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls and messages in fluent English
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Upsell hair & Skin products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue.
  • Coordinate with stylists and support the team as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Skilled in photography and videography for social media
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
