Experienced Salon Receptionist

Salon Dolce Vita – Port Credit, Mississauga

Salon Dolce Vita is a luxury, high-volume hair salon located in the heart of Port Credit. We are currently seeking a professional, experienced Salon Receptionist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced beauty environment, is highly organized, polished, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a salon receptionist

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Professional, well-presented, and friendly demeanor

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable with booking systems and point-of-sale software

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and responding to client inquiries professionally

  • Booking, confirming, and managing client appointments

  • Cashing out clients and handling payments accurately

  • Ordering and receiving salon retail and professional products

  • Pricing, organizing, and maintaining retail displays

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the salon front desk and common areas

  • Sweeping, laundry, washing color bowls, and light daily cleaning

  • Preparing and serving cappuccinos and beverages for clients

  • Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily salon operations
