Job Description: You will direct & supervise FOH operations of the restaurant, events & catering services teams. This includes all facets of customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience every time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Accountable for food and labour costs (bonuses based on achieving targets)
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability including Social Media Platforms (google, facebook and instagram)

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Front of House Team Member: At Eggsmart we work as a team. We have taken the full life cycle service role and broken it down into 6 main functional areas. These include Host, Cash, Bussing, Beverage, Runner and Order Taker. As part of our Front of House Brigade you will be trained on all of these functional areas.**
