Job Overview
We are a growing casino gaming company, seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management processes. In this role you will oversee a company's stock levels by monitoring inventory, developing policies, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring a balance between supply and demand. Key duties include tracking inventory, ordering new stock, working with suppliers, managing warehouse staff, and using data and software to improve efficiency. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to minimize stockouts and overstocking. Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels: Track stock to ensure there is enough product to meet demand, while also preventing excess inventory.
- Manage warehouse operations: Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of products to ensure they are properly handled, organized, and accessible.
- Lead a team: Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
- Liaise with suppliers: Work with vendors to coordinate deliveries, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Implement and improve inventory systems:Use software and data analysis to track inventory, identify discrepancies, and develop policies to optimize stock levels.
- Record and report on inventory movements:Maintain accurate records of all stock changes, including daily deliveries and shipments.
- Analyze data: Use data to forecast demand, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
