Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office supplies and records
  • Send out daily emails of appointments and designated on call persons
  • Provide customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency
  • Support office operations by managing client records and assisting with administrative duties specific to healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of inventory needs and ordering for programs and office, grocery shopping as required for office needs
  • Set up Teams Meetings and Zoom meeting
  • Creation of staff ID Badges

Qualifications

  • Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in office or healthcare environments such as medical or dental offices
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and filing tasks
  • Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is preferred
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
