Route Administrator

We are seeking a Route Administrator, based in either Stratford or London. The primary responsibilities will be to support the Ontario Route team with scheduling, invoicing, and general administrative duties.

**Route Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Processing billing submissions for route technicians and service contract management using a computerized business program.
- Customer telephone support and Front counter service support.
- Technician administrative support including scheduled work preparation and distribution.
- Update system pricing and print/distribute price lists.
- Assist Route Manager and Shop Technicians with other tasks.
- Service and sales department hours tracking and verification.
- Other duties as required.

**Route Administrator Requirements**:

- 2 Year Business Administration/ Accounting/ General Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team
- Strong Microsoft office skills - (Excel, Word)
- Accounting software experience would be an asset
