Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers/technicians to join our team. This position involves assisting with various physical tasks on-site, supporting project completion, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team setting. Prior plumbing, electrical, water well and/or water system experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Assist with installations, troubleshooting, various water system related jobs.
  • Support (and learn from) skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
  • Help with site preparation, including setting up work areas and materials
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the project by performing assigned tasks diligently

Experience

  • Prior experience in construction, plumbing/electrical or manual labour is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job requirements
  • Experience with skid steers, excavators or other equipment is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
