Labourer, pump installer: water well systems

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers/technicians to join our team. This position involves assisting with various physical tasks on-site, supporting project completion, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team setting. Prior plumbing, electrical, water well and/or water system experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assist with installations, troubleshooting, various water system related jobs.
- Support (and learn from) skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Help with site preparation, including setting up work areas and materials
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the project by performing assigned tasks diligently
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, plumbing/electrical or manual labour is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job requirements
- Experience with skid steers, excavators or other equipment is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
