Job Summary:

We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep things running smoothly. This isn't your typical admin role, you won't be answering phones or ordering office supplies. Instead, you'll be an essential part of our operations, handling a variety of tasks that ensure projects move forward, deadlines are met, and our team stays focused on what matters most.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day may include, but is not limited to:

Managing and organizing emails, documents, and internal communications

Assisting with lead distribution, data entry, and CRM updates

Tracking and reporting on team projects, tasks, and deliverables

Coordinating with subcontractors, researchers, and partners

Scheduling email campaigns, pulling reports, and maintaining records

Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and internal resources

Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative needs across departments

Skills:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Fast learner who thrives on variety and adaptability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern productivity tools

Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities

Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset

Positive, service-oriented attitude

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in administrative support or a similar role

Comfortable handling multiple projects with minimal supervision

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and support a fast-moving team
