What is the Opportunity?
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions across departments. The Administrative Assistant will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to supporting internal teams and client-facing activities. Please note this is a 12-month contract.

What You'll Do Here

  • Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy
  • Perform and maintain daily documentation
  • Process invoices in a timely manner and Handle claims processing
  • Maintain and organize document files
  • Perform general clerical duties; photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and couriers etc
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Such as assisting with client meetings, creating presentations and packages.
  • Assist with client meetings
  • Administers office and safety supplies, stationary
  • Suggest and implement improved work methods and systems relating to administrative tasks
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

What You Bring To The Team

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative related experience
  • Excellent computer skills using MS Office products, including MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Knowledgeable in SAP and Concur
  • Ability to work independently, accurate computer data input and record keeping
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Must be able to deal with sensitive customer issues in a confidential manner
  • Strong communication skills, dealing tactfully with employees, visitors and customers
  • Problem solving, planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work to timelines
