**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while effectively communicating their needs to the service department. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, mechanical knowledge, and outstanding customer service skills.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs while upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.

**Skills**
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Previous experience in Automotive field is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers without technical backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
