As the shop continues to grow, we are looking for an **experienced Service Advisor** who is positive, customer-service focused, and thrives in a busy, structured environment.

**What You’ll Do**

**Customer Service & Communication**
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Review maintenance plans and explain recommended services
- Contact customers before upcoming appointments to review previously deferred work
- Communicate with customers by phone, in person, and via text (Kimoby)
- Maintain accurate, detailed customer notes

**Service & Workflow Coordination**
- Prepare work orders before customer arrival
- Create new work orders and invoices
- Print authorizations and ensure documentation is accurate
- Answer calls and assist with scheduling
- Set up after-hours drop-off and pick-up
- Cash out customers at pick-up

**Parts & Estimate Support**
- Quote and sell recommended repairs and services
- Sell previously deferred work
- Receive and attach parts invoices to the correct work order

**Must-Have Requirements**
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Experience using Protractor or similar shop management software
- Strong typing, spelling, and communication skills
- Confident speaking with customers and explaining required repairs
- Able to stay organized, accurate, and steady in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Strong experience with parts lookup, quoting, and repair order processes
- Basic to intermediate automotive knowledge
- Experience using texting or customer communication platforms (e.g., Kimoby)

**Compensation & Benefits**
