Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Service Coordinator based in Etobicoke, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing operations, providing exceptional customer service, and liaising with clients and internal teams. Daily tasks include scheduling maintenance, dispatching technicians, tracking service progress, and ensuring efficient service delivery to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Organizational skills along with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Experience in mechanical or HVAC services is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling and management software is preferred
