You must excel at finding and closing new opportunities, building relationships, and growing and servicing existing accounts. You must have excellent listening skills, strong computer skills, problem solving skills, strong presentation skills, and consultative selling skills. You should be highly motivated, goal oriented, memorable, and have a history of demonstrated success.
Unlimited income for a top producer. Our results driven; high-producing Independent Sales Representatives earn Commissions on Net Sales. You must have high desire and commitment to excellence which allows you to open new accounts and grow existing accounts. Experience representing fashion, contemporary, sports lifestyle brands is preferred as you will represent one of the premier eyewear manufactures in the world with a wide range of brands.
Job Responsibilities:
Solicit and procure orders of Safilo CANADA product lines within the assigned geographical area; Grow the market demand for the Safilo portfolio of products in a collection of customer accounts within a geographical area: Maritimes

  • Effectively act as a business consultant on product knowledge and programs.
  • Deliver volume and net sales objectives for all Safilo portfolio of products.
  • Deliver growth through implementing the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers.
  • Develop and adhere to an effective call cycle to achieve desired service frequency to Safilo customer accounts to meet indicated net sales objectives.
  • Ensure brand visual merchandising standards are met, refresh and leverage POP materials.
  • Utilize all brand materials to conduct regular customer staff trainings to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to the patient/consumer is translated consistently to brand positioning standards.
  • Cultivate the existing customer base, while partnering with the local sales representative team to prospect for new potential customers in the market.

Responsabilités du poste :

  • Solliciter et obtenir des commandes pour les gammes de produits de Safilo Canada dans la zone géographique assignée.
  • Développer la demande du marché pour le portefeuille Safilo au sein d'un ensemble de comptes clients dans la région des Maritimes.
  • Agir efficacement comme consultant d'affaires sur la connaissance des produits et des programmes.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de volume et de ventes nettes pour l'ensemble du portefeuille Safilo.
  • Stimuler la croissance en mettant en œuvre le modèle de vente durable de Safilo auprès de clients stratégiques.
  • Mettre en place et respecter un cycle d'appels efficace afin d'assurer une fréquence de service optimale auprès des comptes clients Safilo pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes nettes.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de marchandisage visuel des marques, actualiser et utiliser le matériel PLV.
  • Utiliser l'ensemble des supports de marque pour organiser régulièrement des formations destinées au personnel des clients, afin de renforcer leurs connaissances et de garantir une communication cohérente de l'image de marque auprès des patients/consommateurs.
  • Développer la base de clients existants tout en collaborant avec l'équipe locale de représentants commerciaux pour prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels sur le marché.
