In-Person Sales & Customer Engagement

At Boomerang HFX, we deliver high-quality, face-to-face sales campaigns through retail environments, pop-up activations, and live promotional events. We're expanding our on-the-ground sales teams and are looking for confident Sales Representatives who enjoy working with people and performing in goal-driven environments.

This opportunity suits individuals who are motivated by results, comfortable taking initiative, and interested in building real-world sales experience within a structured and supportive team.

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

You'll be based at retail locations or branded promotional spaces where you'll actively engage with customers as they pass through. Your role is to start conversations, introduce current offers, and guide interested individuals through the process from first interaction to completion.

You'll manage your own activity throughout the day, maintain professional standards at all times, and work toward clearly defined daily and weekly targets. While the role is performance-focused, you'll be supported with on-site leadership, coaching, and clear expectations.

How You'll Make an Impact

You'll create positive, professional first impressions through confident customer interaction. You'll explain offers clearly and accurately, adapting your approach to each individual you speak with. You'll take ownership of customer conversations from start to finish and contribute directly to campaign performance through consistent activity and follow-through. Throughout the day, you'll represent both the client and Boomerang HFX with professionalism and integrity.

You're confident speaking with new people and enjoy face-to-face interaction. You like working toward clear goals and tracking your own performance. You're reliable, organised, and take pride in how you present yourself. You're comfortable working in busy environments and staying focused throughout the day. Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial, but not essential — training is provided.

What You Can Expect in Return

You'll receive weekly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses, with average earnings between $600–$1000 per week. You'll benefit from full onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching in a professional team environment with clear structure and support. There are opportunities to progress into senior sales or leadership positions, and you'll build transferable skills in communication, sales, and customer engagement.
