About the opportunity:

The Organizational Development Intern will play a key supporting role within the OD team, focusing on Talent, Training and Culture initiatives. They will contribute to talent management initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning, while gaining hands-on experience in organizational development practices. In addition, the intern will handle day-to-day administration, coordinate training initiatives, provide technical and logistical support, and manage HR digital learning

The attributes we are looking for:

Talent Management & Culture

  • Provide admin support during performance management cycles, including reporting, follow-up with HR and employees, system support (Lactalent troubleshooting, form routing, passwords) and campaign support.
  • Support talent management initiatives such as succession planning and management review processes.
  • Contribute to building engagement survey communication strategy and managing the VE Community by responding to questions and driving participation.
  • Analyze exit interview data, prepare reports for stakeholders and recommend improvements to the process.
  • Collaborate with the DE&I Council, ERGs, and Corporate Communications to design and execute initiatives like mentoring programs and other culture-building activities.

Training & Academy Administration

  • Provide logistical and admin support for successful implementation of trainings and academy programs, including venue setup, materials preparation, scheduling, and catering.
  • Consolidate and update training plans across functions and sites.
  • Provide day-to-day support for digital platforms (e.g., Alchemy, Learning Factory), including troubleshooting, password resets, employee support.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and HR onboarding, including the HR buddy program, in-person sessions, and updating onboarding videos.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support broader OD projects and initiatives, like HR offsite events, vendor coordination, invoice processing etc.
  • Develop engaging content (e.g., videos, infographics, digital guides) to support initiatives such as performance management, DE&I, engagement, onboarding, and training.

What you will bring:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business and/or Human Resources.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint and Canva.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written & oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team player.
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset.
