Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our brand while ensuring every guest enjoys a top-tier culinary experience.
Responsibilities
Sushi Preparation: Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Quality Control: Ensure the absolute freshness and quality of all ingredients used in sushi preparation.
Station Management: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the sushi station at all times.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
Safety: Adhere strictly to food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role. Don't worry if you are much more experienced. We will provided higher wage if you bring more skills to the job.
Technical Skills: Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling, preparation, and meal presentation.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Detail-Oriented: A strong eye for detail and a creative flair for sushi plating and presentation.
