Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist in food handling, ensuring proper hygiene and safety protocols are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
  • Support the kitchen team with meal preparation during busy periods
  • Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
  • Must be at least 18 years old or older to comply with food handling regulations
