BDC / Appointment Coordinator – Service Department

Forman Honda is looking for a dependable and motivated BDC / Appointment Coordinator to support our Service Department. This role is critical to creating a positive customer experience and keeping our service operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers as required
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and expectations
  • Work closely with Service Advisors to support daily workflow
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous call centre or high-volume phone experience strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance is essential
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software
  • Professional, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
