Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Credit Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable & Credit Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, assessing creditworthiness, monitoring payment activity, and ensuring timely collections. You'll play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships while protecting the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
  • Review and analyze customer credit applications, financial statements, and payment history
  • Establish and adjust credit limits based on risk assessment and company guidelines
  • Monitor overdue accounts and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely payment
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
  • Prepare aging reports, collection summaries, and credit risk analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to support customer account management
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all credit and collection activity

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Analysis
  • Strong understanding of credit principles, financial analysis, and A/R best practices
  • Hands-on experience with
    NetSuite
    is required
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
