to support day-to-day recruitment operations. This role is

Responsibilities

  • Entering and updating job descriptions
  • Formatting and reformatting resumes to client-ready standards
  • Managing follow-ups with clients and candidates
  • Making professional phone calls and sending clear emails
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Acting as a polite, professional point of contact
  • Providing administrative support to the recruiter

Requirements

  • Fully
    bilingual in French and English
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Very
    detail-oriented
    with a high standard for accuracy
  • Comfortable making phone calls and communicating professionally
