Administrative Assistant
to support day-to-day recruitment operations. This role is
highly detail-driven and customer service-focused
. Accuracy, follow-through, and professionalism matter.
Responsibilities
- Entering and updating job descriptions
- Formatting and reformatting resumes to client-ready standards
- Managing follow-ups with clients and candidates
- Making professional phone calls and sending clear emails
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Acting as a polite, professional point of contact
- Providing administrative support to the recruiter
Requirements
- Fully
bilingual in French and English - Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Word and Excel - Very
detail-oriented
with a high standard for accuracy - Comfortable making phone calls and communicating professionally
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional
- Reliable, discreet, and customer service-oriented
Work Style
- Able to work
from home independently - Demonstrates strong follow-through and accountability

- Tenir des registres et une documentation précis
- Agir en tant que point de contact courtois et professionnel
- Fournir un soutien administratif au recruteur
Exigences
- Parfaitement
bilingue en français et en anglais
(à l'écrit et à l'oral) - Maîtrise approfondie de
Microsoft Word et Excel - Très
soucieux du détail
et exigeant en matière de précision - À l'aise pour passer des appels téléphoniques et communiquer de manière professionnelle
- Sympathique, extraverti et professionnel
- Fiable, discret et axé sur le service à la clientèle
