Job Title: Data Reliability Engineer + MS Fabric Admins

JD Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Azure SQL Databases, Managed Instances, and Cosmos DB for availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Implement HA/DR, backup/restore automation, and PITR/LTR policies.
  • Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs for database and analytics workloads, ensuring reliability and compliance.
  • Administer Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including workspace governance, capacity/performance management, permissions, and data refresh schedules.
  • Integrate Fabric lakehouses/datawarehouse with enterprise databases, supporting large-scale analytics.
  • Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize costs across database and analytics platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on skills with Azure SQL and CosmosDB (performance tuning, HA/DR, lifecycle management).
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Fabric and Power BI administrator in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency with observability tools (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
  • Solid knowledge of Azure services (Key Vault, Storage, App Services, RBAC).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
