The M
icrosoft 365 Administrator
will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on collaboration tools, identity and access management, endpoint management, and cloud governance.

This role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient operation of services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).

Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).

  • Manage user identities, security groups, and license assignments while maintaining proper governance and compliance policies.

  • Configure and maintain device management policies in Intune, including application deployment, device compliance, and conditional access integration.

  • Monitor service health and troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues across all M365 collaboration and identity platforms.

  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, generate reports, and assist with optimizing Microsoft 365 performance and adoption.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) administration.

  • Proficiency with Intune for device management and endpoint policy configuration.

  • PowerShell scripting experience for automation and troubleshooting.

  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, governance, conditional access, and basic security/compliance features.
