Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions that align with our organization's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms, including CRM and ERP modules, and will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes through innovative technology solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, integration strategies, and data models for Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Oversee the customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance & Operations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for security, data management, and compliance within Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Stay current with Microsoft updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that add value to the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Tech Lead or Senior Consultant with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
  • Minimum 10 to 12 year experience Must have strong technical skills on MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with online on premises environment
  • Strong Experience in designing Security model and Out of the Box Configurations
  • Experience in Workflows Business Rules Plugins Form Customization and CRM Administration
  • Hands on experience in CNet Java Script MS SQL MS CRM SDK MSD developer toolkit
  • SQL Server development experience and SSRSSSIS design development experience implementing data tier components services
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP business processes across various industries.
  • Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, plugins, workflows, and Azure services.
  • Experience with system integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, or REST APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert are preferred. This position is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success through innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.
