Executive Assistant / Coordinator to the Co-Chief Content Officers

Location:
 Liberty Village, In-Office (4–5 days per week)

About the Company

We are a leading Canadian television production company creating premium content for broadcasters and streamers at home and abroad. Our team is collaborative, fast-paced, and deeply passionate about storytelling. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Coordinator for three Co-Chief Content Officers.

The Role

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, resourceful assistant with at least two years of experience in the television or film industry. The Executive Assistant / Coordinator will be a key to making sure things run smoothly for the Co-Chief Content Officers' as well as providing broader office and project support as needed.

What You'll Do

· Book and manage meetings (internal, external, creative, etc.)

· Coordinate travel and put together itineraries

· Handle expense reports and tracking

· Send daily schedule reminders and help prioritize calendars

· Book meals and meeting reservations and grab lunches when needed

· Follow up on office tasks and loose ends

· Arrange gifts, flowers, and special deliveries

· Day to day office support and provide general organizational and admin support

· Do research from the office for execs and various projects in development and in production

· Other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

· At least
2 years of experience
 as an assistant or coordinator in TV, film, or a related industry

· Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple things at once

· A team player and self-starter who can anticipate needs and follow through

· Professional, discrete, and comfortable working closely with senior executives

· Willing to work in the head office 4-5 days a week

· Working knowledge of Canva is a bonus
