Description

Assist internal and external customers with spare parts inquiries, order processing, and basic after-sales support. Help maintain customer relationships and support the aftermarket team in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing customer orders and sales quotations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, RFQs, and basic complaints promptly.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Help coordinate parts delivery and on-site visits as needed.
  • Learn to interpret contracts and agreements under guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (field service, repair shop, and HSE).
  • Assist with process improvements and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma, certificate, or some post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Some experience or interest in sales support, customer service, or aftermarket parts (oil & gas experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable using MS Office; ERP experience is an asset.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to operate a forklift is considered an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Visual Manufacturing and Microsoft D365
  • Post secondary education
  • OEM product knowledge

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with regular visits to the parts shop, warehouse, and customer sites.
  • In the shop, duties may include assisting with parts inventory, organizing stock, picking and staging orders, and occasionally supporting delivery preparation.
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Some after-hours or on-call support may be required to meet urgent customer needs.
  • May involve light physical activity, including walking, lifting, and operating equipment (forklift experience is an asset).

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions:

Employees will have tasks in office, shop, warehouse and occasionally traveling to Customers' locations.

Work Environment: 

While performing this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to vibration, risk of electrical shock, wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high and precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions and extreme cold and heat.
