We are looking to hire a full-time Sales & Consignment Coordinator who can work a hybrid model. Someone who is a self-starter, eager to learn and grow into this newly formed position with an interest in our industry would make an ideal fit.

**Requirements**:

- Very comfortable with Google Drive suite (especially Google Sheets & docs),
- Very comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word),
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills,
- Strong organizational skills,
- Great attention to detail,
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Regular travel to remote locations in BC & AB,
- Experience in data entry,
- Have a class 5 driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 Years of consistent work experience in a similar industry

Your **responsibilities** will include, and are not limited to:

- Data Input - Verify information to ensure accuracy
- Manage customer files with sale and consignment-related documents
- Manage contract coordination for consignments and sales
- Shoot photos of Consignment listings
- Coordinate paperwork required for buyer and seller to complete a sale.
- Facilitate pick-up or shipping
- Facilitate buyer viewings
- Data input
- Perform thorough visual inspection write-ups
