**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking to hire a full-time Sales & Consignment Coordinator who can work a hybrid model. Someone who is a self-starter, eager to learn and grow into this newly formed position with an interest in our industry would make an ideal fit.

  • Have experience working with a start-up or in a virtual, remote environment,
  • Are willing to research solutions to problems,
  • Enjoy administrative work, and
  • Enjoy a dynamic, on-the-road lifestyle.

**Requirements**

  • Very comfortable with Google Drive suite (especially Google Sheets & docs),
  • Very comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word),
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills,
  • Strong organizational skills,
  • Great attention to detail,
  • Strong interpersonal skills,
  • Regular travel to remote locations in BC & AB,
  • Experience in data entry,
  • Have a class 5 driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 Years of consistent work experience in a similar industry

Your **responsibilities** will include, and are not limited to

  • Data Input - Verify information to ensure accuracy
  • Manage customer files with sale and consignment-related documents
  • Manage contract coordination for consignments and sales
  • Shoot photos of Consignment listings
  • Coordinate paperwork required for buyer and seller to complete a sale.
  • Facilitate pick-up or shipping
  • Facilitate buyer viewings
  • Data input
  • Perform thorough visual inspection write-ups
