Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, presenting security solutions tailored to customer needs, and closing sales contracts to achieve revenue goals. Additional tasks may include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Commitment, excellent communication, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge or experience in the security services or technology sector is highly desirable
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required
