Mirage is a premier lounge and dining destination offering a fusion of curated menus, crafted cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere. As we grow, we're looking for reliable and motivated Server to support our culinary team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs and line cooks with food preparation (washing, chopping, plating)
  • Keep kitchen stations stocked, organized, and clean
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly
  • Maintain sanitation standards in all food prep and storage areas
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking supplies
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen or hospitality experience (an asset, not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Food Handler Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
