Zauq Restaurant is hiring energetic and reliable **Seasonal Servers** to support our **outdoor catering and special events** during the busy summer season. This role involves working at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and festivals where Zauq is catering on-site. Servers will help create a smooth, enjoyable experience for guests in outdoor settings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide warm, professional service at off-site catered events
- Set up and tear down dining areas, food stations, and service tents
- Serve food and beverages efficiently in outdoor environments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event space
- Communicate effectively with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and fellow servers
- Adapt to changing event needs and guest requests
**Requirements**:
- Previous serving or catering experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry trays, tables, and supplies as needed
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve certification (if applicable in your province)
