Carpenter or Lead Carpenter
to join our team.

Our work is diverse—each custom home, renovation, and occasional commercial project brings unique architectural details and engineering challenges. We value craftsmanship, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for the trades.

What You'll Do

  • Lay out, install, and finish a variety of building materials
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and aerial work platforms
  • Collaborate with carpenters, supervisors, and apprentices
  • Complete certain tasks independently when required

What We Offer

  • Full-time, year-round employment
  • Steady hours:
  • 40–50+ hours/week
    during peak season (overtime after 44 hrs)
  • 35–40 hours/week
    in winter, weather permitting
  • Competitive hourly wage:
    $25–$40/hr
    , depending on experience
