Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a carpenter. This role requires a strong background in various construction tasks, including but not limited to basic carpentry. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set that allows them to tackle diverse projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently for various construction tasks, including door & hardware installation, basic carpentry tasks- framing, trim work, finishing, etc.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications
  • Collaborate with team members , ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction with a strong emphasis on carpentry and woodworking skills.
  • Skilled in commercial carpentry techniques
  • Strong understanding of safety practices within the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
