Logistics Coordinator - 14 Month Contract

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

  • Build great connections by working closely with our Haulage and Land Application teams, clients, and internal departments to keep communication flowing and projects running smoothly.
  • Keep projects on track by helping plan, organize, and document key details
  • Coordinate and share updates, making sure teams, managers, and departments like Finance and HR have what they need.
  • Spot and solve challenges flagging scheduling issues, process changes, or project concerns early, and help find solutions that keep everything moving forward.
  • Be the go-to support handling key admin tasks, troubleshoot field or haulage team needs, and assist with safety training and record-keeping.
  • Help plan and maintain quality to support resource planning and ensure projects meet our performance goals and client expectations.

About You

  • Demonstrated multitasking, organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and adapt to changes as needed;
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with e-Log systems an asset;
