About The Role
Join our growing Parts & Service Department as an
Aftermarket Programs Coordinator
, where you'll play a vital role in managing key programs that support our customers and drive departmental success. This is an opportunity to take ownership of new and developing initiatives, collaborate with multiple teams, and help shape the future of our service operations.

You'll coordinate several core areas – including our in-house Strapping Head Rebuild Program, Manufactured Spares Orders, and the launch of our new Power Beam Cylinder business line – ensuring everything runs efficiently, profitably, and with clear communication between our customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, quoting, and customer communication for rebuild and manufacturing projects
  • Track timelines, costs, and margins to ensure each project's success
  • Work closely with technicians, production, and purchasing to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Manage documentation, orders, and trackers within Epicor ERP and HubSpot CRM
  • Spearhead the Power Beam Cylinder program, from order intake to workflow development
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
  • Provide backup and cross-functional support within the Parts & Service team

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a project coordination, service, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP/CRM systems (Epicor & HubSpot an asset)
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude a plus
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn and adapt
