Leasing Agent with KG Group

Toronto, ON Full-Time | On-Site

We're looking for a motivated, experienced and customer focused Leasing Agent to join our teamIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, 3+ years leasing experience this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Conduct engaging tours that highlight lifestyle, features, and value

  • Respond to leads with urgency to maximize conversion

  • Manage applications, deposits, leases, and all related documentation with accuracy

  • Build strong rapport with prospects and residents

  • Support occupancy goals through effective sales strategies and follow-ups

  • Collaborate with the leasing and operations team to ensure a seamless resident experience

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years Experience in residential leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality

  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

  • Proficient with leasing software (Yardi, Rentsync, etc.).

  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work weekends or evenings when needed
