Commercial Leasing Agent / Realtor

About the Role

ClickJobz Canada, on behalf of our confidential commercial real estate client, is seeking a motivated Commercial Leasing Agent / Realtor to drive leasing success across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use properties in Toronto. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and secure long-term tenants. While a valid Ontario real estate license (RECO) is welcomed, it is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Commercial Leasing Activities Manage the full leasing process from prospecting to signed agreements.
  • Market & Prospect Identify and engage prospective tenants through targeted outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Client & Tenant Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and brokers.
  • Showings & Negotiations Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate lease terms.
  • Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties to inform leasing strategies.
  • Transaction Management Coordinate with legal, property management, and ownership to finalize lease documentation.
  • Reporting
    Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, inquiries, and deal pipelines.

Qualifications

  • years experience in commercial leasing, brokerage, or related real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding leasing and revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Torontos commercial real estate market and leasing regulations.
  • Proficiency with CRM and property listing platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, MLS, etc.).
  • Ontario real estate license (RECO) preferred but not required.

Preferred Assets

  • Experience with office, retail, and/or mixed-use property leasing.
  • Existing network of commercial landlords, tenants, and brokers in the GTA.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
